(b) Operational Data: Menu items, pricing, inventory levels, sales records, and staff profiles. (c) Usage Data: IP address, device types (iPad, Android, etc.) accessing the POS, and system logs.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to: Provide and maintain the POS and KDS functionality; Process transactions and generate sales reports; Manage your subscription and billing; Notify you about system updates or downtime; and improve our algorithms for inventory and sales forecasting.

We do not sell your business data. We may share information with: (a) Payment Processors: To facilitate subscription payments. (b) Cloud Infrastructure Providers: To host your database securely. (c) Legal Authorities: If required by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. We do not share your customer's data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use enterprise-grade encryption (SSL) and secure cloud servers to protect your sensitive business data, including sales figures and customer orders. You retain full ownership of your restaurant's data. You have the right to access, export, or request deletion of your data at any time (subject to data retention for legal/tax purposes). You can manage staff permissions directly through the Admin Dashboard.

We use cookies and local storage technologies to keep you logged into the POS system and to cache menu data for offline performance. Disabling these may affect the functionality of the System.
