Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using Fork With Me ('Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all restaurant owners, managers, and staff members who access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fork With Me is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform providing Point of Sale (POS), Kitchen Display System (KDS), Digital Menu, and Inventory Management tools. The Service is billed on an annual subscription basis.

3. Subscription & Payments

Access to the Service requires a valid subscription (e.g., Annual License). Fees are billed in advance. Additional branches require separate licenses or add-ons. We offer a 3-day free demo period; continued use after this period requires payment. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

4. Business Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data (menus, sales history, customer lists). You grant Fork With Me a license to host, backup, and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of the POS/KDS software. (b) Use the Service to process illegal transactions. (c) Share your Admin credentials with unauthorized persons.

6. Intellectual Property

The Fork With Me platform, including its code, design, logos, and algorithms, is the exclusive property of Fork With Me. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.

7. Termination

We may suspend your account if payment is overdue or if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but access will continue only until the end of the current billing cycle.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fork With Me is provided 'AS IS'. We are not liable for any indirect damages, loss of business revenue, or data loss resulting from service interruptions or internet connectivity issues at your restaurant.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Muscat.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify pricing or terms. Price changes will only apply to the next billing cycle. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of new terms.
